What I collect

If you write to me through the contact form, I receive your first name, your email address and your message.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, I store your email address and the page you signed up from.

If you are a coaching client and use the Daily Workbook or check-ins, I store what you choose to write there so that you and I can work with it.

Like most websites, this one uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It uses cookies and records things like your approximate location, device and browser. It does not tell me who you are.

How I use it

I use your message to reply to you. I use your email address to send the newsletter you asked for and, for clients, the emails that belong to the work we are doing together.

I do not sell your information, and I do not share it for advertising.

Who else handles it

The site is hosted on Vercel and its data is stored with Supabase. Email is sent through an email service provider, and Google provides the analytics. Coaching sessions and webinars run on Zoom. These providers process data only to run those services.

How long I keep it

I keep contact messages and client records for as long as they are needed for the conversation or the work, then delete them. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email. You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you by getting in touch.

You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with a tracking blocker, and the site will work the same.

Getting in touch

For anything about your information, write to me through the contact page.

If I change this policy, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
